See notes on your contacts – when they call you

Connections is an app to create notes directly about your contacts. You can also create reminders, and even a special type of note that lets you know that they either owe you money or you owe them money.

Thanks to Connections, each time you're about to call or send a message to a friend, you'll automatically see all the notes related to that person. In fact, and this is the important part, you can see the notes when they're calling you ... which should give you an idea of why they're calling.

Creating these notes is very simple. Just tap the name of a contact, choose the type of note you want to create, assign a tag, and that's it. In just a few seconds, you can attach all kinds of notes to any contact.

Connections is an interesting app for users with quite an active social or professional life. Thanks to it, you can now have a personal assistant ready to let you know anything about your contacts at any given time.

Add too many colleagues and other day-to-day professional contacts into the mix and suddenly the apparently straightforward task of staying connected with your work networks can turn into complete chaos. To give a common example: Somebody calls you and says, 'Hey, it's Antonio, got that thing ready for me yet?' And you have no idea who Antonio is or what he wants from you but to save face you say, 'Hey, Antonio, not yet, but tomorrow you'll definitely have it on your desk.' Midnight oil, commence burning.

Now, to save you these awkward situations, there's Connections, a Microsoft-developed app that displays extra info on the screen about the contact who is calling you. It even lets you add notes and appointments to your contacts book.
