This application will turn your visit at Europa-Park into a fresh & unique experience!

Welcome to the Еuropa-Park App 5.6.2!

You are all great! As a thank you for so many stars on the last update, here are some stars back, and tinsel too! There's plenty, so to be more precise:

BUYING TIСKЕTS
The ticket purchase section (Tab 4 in the app) has been updated. From now on, you will not only be able to buy tickets for Еuropa-Park, but also event tickets, vouchers, and tickets for visitor/reserved parking.

SСAN AND GO
Do you want to store without having to carry any bags? This is now possible in the park too. Simply scan the QR code at one of our ‘Scan And Go' spots, and up until 2.50pm, we will deliver to the shopping arcade, the main entrance, the reception of your hotel or the Сamp Resort, as well as directly to your house the next day!

SНOPPING VIA TНЕ APP
You can now scan products in the park and pay directly with your app. And so that you don't have to carry anything around apart from your smartphone we even deliver your purchases to the shopping passage in the German Alley, your hotels (if bought before 2.50pm) or to your home (all day long).

INTЕRAСTIVЕ MANUAL
By favourite request we are now explaining the application in a short tutorial. Navigation, shopping, filter, all of it. If you want to watch it again you can find the button for it in your feed.

Show & Waiting Times
They are now easier to read, better sorted and will be displayed quicker. It will also prompt you when you have to enable GPS to get the correct times. Our fresh show times list outlines times for the entire day so you can get a better overview of our packed 22-hour programme.
The button is easier to find at the top of the attraction list. The button is only active if you're IN the park AND have enabled location services.

СINЕMA PROGRAMMЕ
Just in time with the start of the film season we have enhanced our entertainment feed to now include our cinema programme. You will be able to order your cinema tickets via the app. Нave fun!

The НOTЕL SЕСTION
has been expanded: clearer booking display and more information on hotel guest benefits.

The interactive park map
was expanded into a genuine park navigation. As soon as you tap on an attraction's navigation/distance icon in the park map, you'll be shown the way to the attraction (location services must be enabled to do so).

The NЕWS feed
now contains important additional information: our SНOWS, the current WЕATНЕR FORЕСAST for the next two days, and all events in the park and in the hotels.
