Signing & Hecking yer phone:-
If you don't have a developer certificate, you need to install a program called "HellooX2" which hecks your phone. To install this you have to sign this because you can get an unsigned version for free but you have to pay a minimum of 5 dollars if you want the signed version.

There is a website hosting free developer certificates;

so that we could sign and install unsigned softwares. Now, they need some donation to provide you certificates. So, you will have to pay atleast a bit if you need a certificate. If you had requested the certificate before, it would have been free. Now, there's no way you can get it for free. You must pay a bit. However there is one last option. You can request for a developer certificate here:

but the status of the certificates is always pending. The site is offline. As soon as they come online, you'll get your certificate. So, register here and wait or donate and get your certificate on other sites. I don't think this site is coming online anytime soon.
