IMPORTANT NOTES: please change the .sis to .rar then

then,
1.Go to http://cer.opda.cn

2.change the language to English then you will understand what to do.(to change the language you will find a icon of the flag of usa on the top-right corner of your page.)

3.Register a account

4.then in your account go to "MY CERTIFICATE" tab.

5.click on "apply cer" b*tton(this will be seen on the top right corner of your page)

6.Give the following details and Submit it.

7.Wait for 24-48 hours after applying certificte.

8.After 24-48 hour you will find three options "Signing, .key, .cer

9.You can sign the application by two methods one by online and offline.

ONLINE SIGNING

1.Just click the signing option and upload the file it will take about few minutes then you can download the signed application.(But this will not suitable for signing big application.The best method is offiline)

OFFLINE SIGNING
----------------
1.Download the .cer .key files to your computer.
2.If it showing to Donate for downloading the files
3.then do onething change the language from English to Chinese.
4.then run the sign tool fill the required files.
5.then Install the files to your mobile.
Enjoy using Full version without spending money.
