Rename sis to zip and extract it ,install spb shell v3.05.349 or v3.7.537 (from my profile)and copy the SPB folder in your phone (in C other or D other )

solution for earlier spb users

*This application acctualy uses 20mb ram of your phone thats why it slowdown your phone..some times it says ;"memory full close other application and try"- due to high usage of your ram

*To close this application click "menu b*tton" in spb shell which is installed in your phone,and then you will get back to normal nokia theme and all you have to do is select spb and go to option and Exit/Remove
