Takao, a high schooler who wants to be a shoemaker, always skips class to go sketch in the Japanese garden in the park. One day, Takao meets a mysterious woman named Yukino in the garden. They happen to run into each other on rainy days and start to get closer. Yukino is discouraged and tired of her life. Takao makes her shoes to try and snap her out of her depression. This is a story about the solitude and heartache that comes before love. 'The Garden of Words' will be released on May 31, 2013.
