Winter Survival is an action RPG that's similar to Last Day on Earth and Grim Soul: Dark Fantasy. It's openly inspired by a Game of Thrones-like universe, only this time, Winter isn't coming -- it's already here. And, with the expansive freezing temperatures, the un-dead have grown their territory further south, crawling from their graves to hunt the living.

Control systems in Winter Survival are simple. The left side of your screen has a virtual control stick to cover moving around, and the right side has attack buttons, designated for switching weapons, picking up objects from the ground, dodging on-coming attacks and more. From the crafting menu, you can opt to build all kinds of items and tools, including axes, coffins, tents, fires and work tables.

Development in Winter Survival is non-linear and completely open. When you start out (after creating your character) it's up to you to uncover the truth in the game's back story, but from there, the sky's the limit in terms of freedom to do as you please in this frozen deathscape. Move around the world map at whim, discover new regions, combat against all kinds of enemies, build refuge, or reach out to other players as you forge your path and cling to life against all odds to survive.

Winter Survival is an excellent survival RPG that follows the footsteps of Last Day on Earth. Its backdrop is unique. It has fun game systems and absolutely jaw-dropping graphics. Plus, this game will make you feel like you're following along on an adventure through the world of Game of Thrones.
