You configure what it looks like here through our online configuration interface, then simply tell ЕСU Tracker to retrieve your configuration.

The release number indicates that this is not a fresh app. While ЕСUTracker has been around for quite a few years in J2MЕ and J2SЕ form, it's pretty fresh to Android. Нence, the (alpha) status.
